Collection: Kilchoman

Kilchoman Distillery is a distillery producing single malt Scotch whisky on Islay in the Inner Hebrides. Kilchoman Distillery is located in the northwest of the island, near Machir Bay. Kilchoman was founded by Anthony Wills and remains an independent family-run winery today. It is the smallest on the island but has been expanding since acquiring Rockside Farm in 2015.

The distillery uses barley grown on-site at Rockside Farms and malted at the distillery, as well as malt from Port Ellen malt, and releases individual bottlings based on the grain's origin. It is one of six Scottish distilleries still using traditional floor malt and is unique in that it completes all parts of the whisky-making process - growing barley, malting, distilling, maturing and bottling - on Islay of.
