Collection: Whale Kujira Ryukyu Whiskey

With centuries-old brewing technology, the local flavor of Okinawa is concentrated in the bottle.

As early as 1883, the Higa family obtained the liquor brewing license granted by the Ryukyu Dynasty, and the first generation "Higa Changwen" (Shobun Higa) established Changguang Brewery in the village near the "Shuri" Wangfu, and began to brew traditional Ryukyu traditional spirits (Awamori). So far, it is one of the oldest and largest breweries in Okinawa. The founder’s father, Shozoku Higa, was originally the chief royal chef of the Ryukyu Dynasty, and he made a name for himself in the food industry.
