Paul John Whiskey is an Indian brand of single malt whisky and single cask whisky, produced by John Distillery. The brand was launched on October 4, 2012 in London, UK. Paul John Whiskey is made from Indian 6 row barley malt and, for some variants, imported Islay and Aberdeen peat, distilled in traditional copper pot stills and then fired at the company's distillery in Goa, India Matured in charred American oak barrels. The winery also houses the Paul John Visitor Centre, the first winery to open its doors to Indian tourists.
