Collection: Bourbon Collections

Bourbon has been distilled since the 18th century. Although bourbon can be produced anywhere in the United States, it has strong ties to the American South, especially Kentucky. As of 2014, the wholesale market for bourbon sold in the U.S. accounted for about $2.7 billion in revenue, with bourbon accounting for two-thirds of the $1.6 billion in U.S. distilled spirits exports. According to the American Distilled Spirits Council, U.S. distillers earned $3.6 billion in 2018 from bourbon and Tennessee whiskey, a closely related spirit produced in Tennessee.
