Get to the point.
The Hive 46% Nose: honeysuckle, green pear, apple, peach, pollen, orange blossom water, then wheat porridge, honey, oak spice, totally in the spring garden.
Taste: Ripe pear, peach, orange blossom water, candied apricots, very, very sweet maltose, honey, etc. The taste of mixed oak is a bit like IPA here.
Finish: IPA, orange blossom water, simple but sweet.
Summary: It fits the theme very well. It is much better than the well-known brand MS of the same type. It is very suitable as an everyday model and a popular model.

Spice King 46% Smell: sweet, sherry barrels such as caramel, cranberry jam, cinnamon cardamom and other sweet spices, a lot of maltose, peat such as earth, linen, minerals, burnt hay, pepper, oysters, a bit traditional and old-fashioned.
Palate: Dry, dried apples, minerality, pepper, more sherry oak, like OB HP but more peat and salty.
Finish: peat, sweet, mixed like licorice, almond, here again like HP.
Summary: The peat feeling is heavier than expected, the smell is very good, varied and interesting.

Spice King 12yo 52% 21 barrels, 5,000 bottles.
Smell: Stronger than the NAS version, it does have a lot of spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, and the nutty feeling is obvious. Of course, there is also peat dirt, but it is wrapped in more cream and butter biscuits. There must be HP here...
Taste: Creamy, greasy, wheat paste, sweet spices, peat is conservative.
Finish: Fat and creamy, wheat paste, vanilla, a bit of cardamom, oak, slight peat.
Summary: It smells better like the NAS model, but the style is quite different, with a thicker taste and a longer aftertaste. The whole is layered and unique.

Peat Chimney 46% Nose: Sweet yellow fruits such as pineapple, lemon, unripe mango, and cream. Peat appears in the form of charcoal, soot, and black pepper.
Taste: citrus, lemon, a little sweet, then saltpeter, minerality, sea water. A nice blend of sweet and salty, plus a clean, non-sloppy ash.
Finish: peat, a little salty, licorice, lemon peel, a little oily.
Summary: The fragrant yellow fruit can make novices let down their guard and feel the presence of Speyside. The taste and finish are reminiscent of Caol Ila with lemon and ash.

Finish: Salty, dry smoke, long, sweet finish.
Summary: More Lapxxxxg texture this time, the finish is long and powerful, salty and charcoal, outstanding.

Kingsbarns

Kingsbarns Dream To Dram 46%
These days, 46% of new factories are basic.
Smell: A lot of sweet cream, honeysuckle, maltose, biscuits, wheat porridge, more grassy than The Hive, and the fruity aroma is also greener pear, peach, etc.
Taste: Cream, apple, grass, green pear, peach, and a lot of maltose.
Finish: pear, cream, wood, lots of malt.
Summary: The overall taste is sweet. The winery hopes to make a light-style original wine, and it does so with mainly fruity aromas such as pear and apple. On the other hand, the wheat flavor is still well retained, preventing it from becoming the weak body of a grain whiskey.
This is a good sign.

Each branch has a wine version available for tasting.
Then if there is a chance, we will have a drinking party and everyone can communicate together.
