Anonymous NIP French Barrel Aged Gin Limited Edition 45% 500ml

NIP Distillery has teamed up with award-winning distillery Frederiksdal Kirsbaervin in southern Denmark and The Bottle Shop, mastermind of the Good Friends Project, to combine Nordic heritage with Hong Kong flavours. This gin combines different seasonal botanicals, including juniper berries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, orange peel, cocoa and earl grey tea, and is then matured in French oak barrels previously used to produce award-winning The Danish fruit wine Frederiskdal, produced in Harpelunde, Denmark.

This aged cask gin is a full-bodied, tangy gin that is ready to drink and infuses the liquor with a soft and slightly spicy flavour. From dark fruit to chocolate, to citrus and warm spices, this aged cask gin offers a whole new taste and experience.
