Aroma: Rich, rich oak and complex aroma: there's some interesting barley sugar notes here, enveloped in a soft smoke. Big, but also gentle.

Taste: Although controlled, the amount is huge! Then it's more of a mess as the smoke on the nose turns to warm, fully ripe peat, but it's far from a vague sherry minor note , probably custard , oaky vanilla , hammered barley , fruit Taste makes one feel a little free . The flavor develops into a very rich chocolate fudge center that definitely resonates on the palate.

Finish: There's a slight struggle here, as the dry peat and oak flavors get a little fluffy here; though, there's enough molasses sweetness to allow the malt to achieve satisfying results.
