Sciara Winery was opened by Stef Yim, who was born in Hong Kong. It comes from the Etna volcanic vineyard in Sicily, Italy. It is located at an altitude of more than 3,500 feet and does not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides.
Tasting notes:
Initial aromas of gravel and dried berries. The wine slowly develops into hints of fresh cherry, pine and chestnut. Mineral notes like sea salt are echoed by black fruit and boise finish.

Vineyard: Contrada Sciaranuova, Taccione
Soil: volcanic ash, rock and sand Variety: Nerello Mascalese (vine age: approx. 70 years)
