Bombay Sapphire Gin is a dry gin without any artificial ingredients.

Instead, the winemaker strikes a balance between juniper berries and the plants and spices of choice for distillation.

Aroma: Juniper, lemon zest and lemon meringue pie filled with black and white pepper and Indian spices. Light botanical fragrance.

Palate: Delicate, light, slightly sweet at first, with hints of juniper, lemon zest and coriander, before intense pepper/chili spice and stewed plants.

Finish : Pine juniper, light lavender and mixed pepper spice.
