aroma: Salty and earthy, with notes of camphor, apple, sea salt, a hint of orange and salted caramel.

Taste: Syrup texture with vanilla and a hint of smoke, more woody than peat.

Adding a little water brings out more of the sweet creamy vanilla and some perfume from the wood, as well as some gooey glaze cherries.

Finish: Woody spice , dry.
