The fermented blended port is stored in huge oak barrels to avoid oxidation to preserve the deep purplish red color .

Ruby matures for an average of 2 years, so it is very fruity.

Palate: It has a rich ruby color with aromas reminiscent of delicate red berry preserves (raspberries and wild strawberries).

Taste Balanced, with a sweet and enticing finish.

Serve alone or with desserts like chocolate cake or wild berry pie.

Storage: Store upright in a cool place. It will not ripen in the bottle.

Drinking: Between 12 and 13ºC.
