On the palate it is very well balanced, fine, fruity and spicy, peppery, fresh and persistent.

Pairs especially well with all kinds of desserts, especially those made with eggs or nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts...).

Storage: Store upright in a cool place.

Drinking: Between 12 and 13ºC.
