This variety originated in Burgundy, France, dating back to 1989 in the Casablanca Valley, and is known for its high-quality, medium-bodied and balanced wines.

This Pinot Noir comes from grapes on the hills of our vineyard and is aged for 10 months in American and Slavonian oak barrels.

Pairings : Pasta with red sauces (like bolognese), poultry (like duck and quail), fungus- or nut-based sauces.

Serve at 12-14ºC

Cellar: Enjoy immediately or store horizontally in a dark place for 7 years.

Tasting Notes Bright ruby ​​red, the nose exudes aromas of red forest fruit with earthy and thorny aromas, a touch of caramel and spice from Slavonian oak.

American wood has a sweetness reminiscent of vanilla and coconut.

Medium bodied, fresh and balanced, with elegant tannins and a long, clean finish.
