After nearly 10 years of aging in the cellar (on lees ageing), the champagne has a honey-like aroma, such as the aroma of toasted bread stacked in the fresh mineral aroma. This layering can only be achieved by Produced by long-term aging and waiting.


Due to the slow oxidation process of slag removal and aging, the compounds in the wine will further evolve, and some flavors that do not exist in native grapes or NV champagne will be derived, such as Chardonnay, usually derived from dried apricots, toast, fennel, etc. Flavor, Pinot Noir will have leather, liquorice, roasted coffee flavors, these are the flavors that old champagne lovers are looking for.


In 1811, at the age of 24, Charles Gabriel De Cazanove founded the family brand in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne region. After four generations and 200 years of history, Champagne Charles de Cazanove has been recognized by all parties for its outstanding wines and has belonged to Martini & Rossi and Moët – Hennessy (LVMH) groups.


Until 2004, the winery decided to return to the family business, focusing on creating a brand of champagne that truly belongs to the spirit of Cazanove.


Winemaker Mr. Christophe RAPENEAU was awarded the Best Sparkling Wine Winemaker of the Year by the International Wine Challenge in 2017.
