The Daftmill Summer 2009 batch is matured in first-fill oloroso sherry casks and three ex-bourbon casks until bottling in 2020.

Aromas of tropical fruit, cola cubes, dried figs and humidor fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon zest, toffee, cookies and freshly baked gingerbread.
