Cellar aging: drink immediately or keep for 2-4 years.
Domaine : Domaine de Lambisque operates 26 hectares of vines, planted in the communes of Bollène and Suze-la-Rousse, in the northern Côtes du-Rhône region.
The vines are planted in well-drained soil on a cobblestone plateau.
Domaine's name comes from the Provencal word "lambrusco", which means "wild vine", proving that there were vines there in ancient times.
Today, the winery is managed by Claire and her husband Philippe d'Autume, a former naval officer and retrained in viticulture .
When the couple decided to take over Domaine, they turned to Catherine and Laurent Delaunay for help.
Since then, they have worked closely together and the property has worked well, investing mainly in viticulture and winemaking equipment.
