This is a combination of two Refill Barrel and two Laphroaig sherry casks, distilled in 2014 and aged for over six years. This is a strong medicinal spirit with layers of wood smoke and a hint of fruit. 1672 bottles produced.
NOSE: The smell of burnt toffee cake and cigar smoke is followed by the scent of a freshly opened first aid kit - bandages and iodine.
PALATE: Honey roasted parsnips mixed with smoky crispy bacon. Lots of saltiness and some dried figs combine perfectly with the campfire smoke.
FINISH: Ember and orange dark chocolate with a hint of thyme. Thick wood smoke remains.
