To create the GlenAllachie wine collection, it is first matured in American Oak Ex-Bourbon Barrels, followed by nearly two years of additional maturation in (Billy Walker) carefully sourced barrels, giving the wine its unique flavor profile.

Sauternes Barriques in French oak, with elegant stone fruit and intense flavours, moderately toasted. Sauternes is a dessert wine originating from the Bordeaux region of southwestern France.
