A 15-year-old Glenallachie single malt whiskey matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks, creating a smooth, rich character. Aromas of raisins, butterscotch and sweet spice fill the nose, while the palate reveals aromas of dark chocolate, orange peel, banana, raisins and caramel.
