Maturity is a post-harvest spring combination cuvée where 20% of the reserve wines are professionally divided into Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A second fermentation in the bottle and maturation on it for at least 24 months, followed by a further 2 months after de-slagging.

Appearance: Soft mousse with long lasting cordon around glass; nice, lingering beads.

Color: Straw yellow with green highlights.

Nose: Crisp, rich and elegant, rather long, with fruity notes of apple and pear, with a pleasant citrus finish on the finish.

Palate: Shows extraordinary freshness and acidity, velvety texture and good balance, ending with a captivating citrus note.

Pairing: The perfect aperitif and the whole meal, paired perfectly with recipes typical of the Franciacorta region, such as casoncelli (ravioli) and freshwater fish (perch and charcoal). It presents dishes of the best quality based on rice, pasta, white meat, fresh and aged cheeses.
