Hazelburn 15 yo Oloroso 54.2% 70cl

The Hazelburn Sherrywood collection, released annually, contrasts with the fully bourbon-aged Hazelburn 10 Years. Aged in 100% Oloroso sherry casks, this 15-year-old wine is complex and full-bodied.

Aroma: Intense aromas of orange and mandarin open the wine, with notes of milk chocolate, wine gum and fruit cake.

Palate: Oloroso's ripeness is manifested in notes of cinnamon, hard toffee and milk chocolate. There is a musty element reminiscent of a humidor and nutmeg.

Finish: Cinnamon persists, with gingerbread and pepper on the finish.
