Hibiki HIBIKI Masters Select has at least 10 kinds of malts and grains, aged in 5 different types of barrels. It is supervised by the third-generation bartender and the great-grandson of the founder of SHINGO TORII, plus the fourth-generation chief bartender Fu Cultivated by SHINJI FUKUYO, it combines the noble and harmonious characteristics of Yamazaki sherry barrels, blends more than 10 kinds of original wines from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and contains world-renowned Yamazaki sherry barrel ingredients.

Aroma Color: Golden aroma with hints of young oak, sawdust, vanilla pods, syrup, shredded coconut, cream, ripe apples, and a touch of sandalwood.
The taste is comfortable and sweet, with the sweetness of coconut wine, green tea, matcha honey, candied citrus, and white chocolate.
The finish is medium-long, harmoniously leaving a fresh oak taste.
