The estate is located in La Joncosa del Montmell, 400 meters above sea level. The vines are in 2-meter-long vines with a larger leaf area. Limestone soils are unadorned in structure and have abundant carbonate nodules that contribute to the character.

Carefully crafted, hand picked, and selected grapes are macerated for 14 days. Cold soaking (10ºC) for 2 days is preferred. Fermented at 25-28ºC, partially malic acid fermented in barrels and aged for 12 months in new and 1 year old French oak barrels. Filter gently to respect the character of the wine as much as possible.
tasting notes
Intense layers, ripe cherries, very fresh fruit. Aromas of red and black candied fruit (raspberries, plums) stand out, accompanied by finely aged spiciness.
In the mouth, fresh and powerful tannins with high ripeness are very pleasant and bring sweetness. A wine with a lot of character, balance and elegance.
