Kilkerran 8 yo Sherry Cask Matured 58.1% 70cl

Aroma: Toffee and fudge also have a slight lactic element, followed by raspberry and fig. Mocha, almond and peat smoke, with a hint of leather, some dried tobacco leaves, milk chocolate and a dash of cinnamon. Sweet and fresh and gorgeous. Best of all, there is no sulfur.

Palate: Intense, creamy with plenty of farmhouse flavours, some oak spice, tobacco and a very earthy but subtle peat smoke. Topped with pralines, spiced cookies, cherry syrup and toasted toast. In the end it's just a piece of rubber.

Finish: Burnt oak, tobacco and sweet cherries. Medium length.
