A carefully considered combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and first-fill STR toasted and re-charred ex-Portuguese red wine barrels under the supervision of legendary whiskey expert Jim Swan.

There are flavors of banana, pineapple and summer berries, with a hint of herbs.
Palate: Soft toffee, pastry cream and red currant.
Finish: Spicy ginger finish.
