The "Knockando" winery located by the Speyside River is the name of the village where it is located, which means black hills in the Gaelic language. The advantage of the earth spirit comes from the Cardnach spring, which gathers pure alpine snow water, and has the exclusive right to use it. This makes Nakandu the only malt whisky distillery with the delicate and sweet taste of Cardnach spring water.

The wine has special aromas of red wine, sherry barrels and wooden furniture, and nutty aromas such as walnuts are also contained in it. A wonderful balance of salt, spice and honey on the palate, with a sherry-derived aroma that enriches the overall palate. The finish is short and fast, but with a strong walnut aroma.
