A 2023 release of single malt whiskey made from malt aged in a variety of casks, primarily bourbon casks.
It has been about 6 years since we opened the winery in 2016. This is the 2023 version of the single malt product, designed to give people an idea of the future potential of single malt Tsunuki.
Aroma: Tangy aromas of jam and loquat, as well as sweet notes of honey and pancakes, with a pleasant hint of peat.
Tasting: Lemony citrus freshness with a rich malt flavor.
Finish: Rich sweetness and pleasant bitterness linger in the mouth.
