The wine is light yellow in color. It opens with a very fruity aroma, showing aromas of kiwi, apricot, fig and lime peel. The palate is equally satisfying, with excellent fruit weight and power, perfectly complemented by refreshing acidity.
Winery Introduction Mount Fishtail Winery (Mount Fishtail) is located in Marlborough and is owned by the Hengstler family. When Hengstler first traveled to New Zealand, he was deeply attracted by Marlborough and the Sauvignon Blanc produced there, and secretly decided to move to Marlborough. As the saying goes, action is worse than a heartbeat. The family eventually immigrated to Melbourne from Germany and planted grape vines for the first time in 1996, officially joining the wine industry. The winery has developed to this day and now owns two vineyards located in Wairau Valleys and Waihopai Valleys, with a total planting area of 40 hectares. On the other hand, the quality of the wine is consistent with that produced by Fishtail Mountain Winery. "Handmade" and "doing everything by myself", this is a must-buy, strong and high-quality choice!
