The Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a mix of reserve wines, perpetuated year after year with care by the Cellar Master to create a Champagne of great character. offers a lovely aromatic finesse with impressions of subtlety and delicacy. One experiences notes of white flowers ( orchard flowers, lime blossom and honeysuckle), fresh fruit (lemon and peach) and yellow fruit (apricot and mango) that give way to an agreeable evolution of butter, brioche and vanilla. In the mouth the attack is frank. The Champagne has structure , balance, roundness and a slight vinosity. A fresh wine that is both balanced and complex.
