This gin is a celebration of Vietnam's finest botanicals, black cardamom from the lush jungles of the north, rare bergamot grown in the Hanoi capital, Saigon cinnamon from the An Nam Mountains and lotus from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam.

These plants, along with Macedonian juniper and 9 other local plants, make a remarkable gin.

Inspired by Vietnam's rugged terrain and incredible diversity, after 2 years of experimentation, the founders have created an unspoken gin like no other: Saigon Baigur, the only one in the world made with freshly macerated bergamot , Steam Infused Gin with Lotus and Black Cardamom.

The name Baigur comes from the name of the first known settlement in the area, a small fish and spice trading outpost.

The name Saigon Baigur pays homage to the region's 1,000-year-old tradition of the spice and plant trade.

Saigon Baigur's logo comes from a dragon. This local mythical creature not only represents strength and prosperity, it also brings rain, so dragons are vital to agriculture and the plants used in our gins.

In turn, the bottle is inspired by the scales of this legendary creature.
