Nose: Sherry influence is immediately apparent on the nose, with notes of raisins, plums, mixed peels and fruit cake. There are flavors of hard toffee and caramel, and spicy woody elements.

Palate: Palate introduces Madeira, marzipan and gingerbread flavors. The taste of honey and syrup is sweet, and the creamy caramel in the nose persists.

Finish: Woody finish with allspice and anise.
