Lightly charred or steamed barrel. Sourced from Australian wineries that produce premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. While the barrels are still dry, they are usually filled with fresh wine. Each whiskey is matured individually in Melbourne's ever-changing climate and then expertly blended.
