Grapes: 70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella
Vineyards: Selected vineyards located in the hilly areas of Valpolicella at 150-300 meters above sea level
Vinification: After withering in storage until December, the grapes are pressed and destemmed, then fermented for approximately 15/20 days at a controlled temperature of 19/22° C
Maturation: The wine is matured in French and American oak barrels (20-40 liters) for 12/18 months
Color: Deep red with garnet tones when ripe
Aroma: The rich aroma of cherry jam combines with the typical aroma of dried fruits to create a rich and complex aroma with sweet and spicy notes such as licorice and vanilla.
Palate: A wine of excellent structure with an excellent balance between tannins and softness
Temperature: Open bottle one hour before serving. Temperature18-20°C
