Color: straw yellow. Light yet long-lasting fragrance.
Aroma: The typical fresh fruity aroma from Prosecco, felt at the end of fermentation, combined with the characteristic "crust", which gradually becomes more complex over time. At the beginning you can feel the soft fruity aroma, combined with the subtle Yeasty smell. It will be more complicated later. Dry and pleasantly bitter.
Vineyard: Cantine Tinazzi - Lazise (Verona)
Variety: 100% Glera
Mature: Stainless Steel (Presa di Spuma)
Preparation: After light pressing, the grapes undergo a classic white wine vinification and the must undergoes primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After cutting, low-temperature foaming is carried out in an autoclave until the pressure reaches 5 bar; bottling is done isobarically with a low dose of SO2.
Pairing: It is suitable as an aperitif or to accompany appetizers and less elaborate first courses. Try it with fried foods and fish dishes.
