The grape skins are briefly macerated before fermentation, making the sparkling wine even more unique.
It was in 1926 that the first bottle of wine was opened at the Valdo winery, and this Prosecco Superiore celebrates its history.

Macerate briefly in a closed press and press lightly.
After the first fermentation, it is fermented in steel for two months at a controlled temperature of 10°C.
After bottling it is fermented in pressurized vats for 3 months.
Tasting Notes Color: Straw color with a hint of gold. Fine and delicate bubbles.
Characteristic aroma of ripe fruits, apples, pears and exotic fruits such as bananas and pineapples.
Tasting: Medium softness, full body, fresh flavor and persistent fruitiness.
