The Cuvée of the Boj Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is the best example in the region.

It originates from Valle dei Buoi, a suitable growing area for the small village of Pietro di Barbozza in Valdobbiadene, whose topography is characterised by a microclimate.

In fact, the sparkling wine takes its name from this valley, protecting all of Valdo's sparkling wine skills.
