Valdo Moscato Spumante Dolce

Spumante Moscato is the result of Valdo's experience and tradition in celebrating important Italian regional grape varieties.

Moscato is an ancient grape variety that grows in Greece and the Italian peninsula.

The name comes from the word "muscum" (moss), the characteristic aroma of which can be found in the grapes.

Today, it is grown in several particularly popular regions of Italy.

These grapes have compact, medium-sized clusters that are ideal for drying and sparkling, and Valdo wanted to create a product with a modern and elegant taste, especially suitable for desserts.

The soft-pressed white wine method is stored in pressurized vats for 3 months, then in bottles for at least 2 months.

The drinking temperature is 6-7C°.

Color: Pale straw with green accents.
Characteristic floral aroma with balsamic and citrus aromas.
Tasting: Fresh, well structured, with great minerality and good consistency.
