Wolfburn 8 yo Sherry Cask Strength Limited Release 55.7% 70cl

Two sherry barrels of original wine are blended, the original wine, the number of bottles is only 1196.

Smell: sweet barley, a little smoke, ripe peaches, citrus, lots of preserved apricots, orange blossom, nuts in many, many oily packets.

Palate: Lots of oil, waxy, orange blossom, preserved apricots, barley, a pinch of salt.

Finish: Still oily, lots of barley sweetness, oak, a touch of smoke and salt, earth.
