This release contains a total of 1,550 bottles of the spirit, aged for seven years in ex-Bourbon quarter barrels, natural in color and not chill-filtered. These casks do an excellent job of producing a superb single malt whisky.
Natural color and non-chill filtered.
Tasting notes:
Nose: First hints of orange and lemon peel, then a hint of vanilla sweetness.
Palate: Soft citrus leads with hints of hazelnut and oak. Classic floral aroma with hints of dried fruit and cinnamon.
Finish: Caramel flavors layered with dried fruits. A hint of oak smoke lingers at the end, with a long finish.
